Mom bakers

Awesome cake and awesome food. It was first day of newly opened restaurant by Mom Baker's on first floor. On ground floor they have Bakey shop which is still under construction (earlier they had sitting arrangements in ground floor). We had lots of food items here and everything was worth trying.

First of all the ambience of the restaurant is awesome, very nice and comfortable sitting place for long chit chatting and the view from the window is nice. Coming to the food, the menu has very cheaper rates for everything and the food quality is quite good. Service is a bit time taker but if you are in no hurry, visiting here is worth it.

Sad to say the experience wasnt up to mark! While I walked into the store the first thing I noticed was expired breads. They need to remove those from the shelves constantly. The samosas we bought had bad potatoes in them. One of the sweets I bought had chlorine smell in them must be the water they use.

That said the jeera cookies were great in taste and freshness. And they also promptly returned bad items and refunded back most of the amount.

Overall needs some fixing.

I had bought the cake from mom bakers and very bad experience about their sevices . The cake was chlorine smelly .it ruined our special day . They are selling very cheap products on high rates even. They don't value their customer.

I visited this shop right now and wanted a coke.. i asked the owner whether he had it.. he was rude and said jo hai samne hai dekh lo.. i told him i couldnt see clearly plz come and help.. he again said jo hai samne hai.. the tone was offensive and not at all what a shop keeper should have towards a customer. I then calmly told him i couldnt bend (owing to back ache) to check but its ok that he doesnt want to understand my problem..i regret walking into the store and would strongly recommend that no one should visit such rude and obnoxious people. Pathetic, disgusting
Edit: there were expired soft drinks in the refrigerator as well

Pathetic place to buy .. Rates are so high for things we can easily cheaper in other out let.. First n last experience with this Bakers is so poor.. They sell overpriced things.. Food is stale most of the time.. I would suggest people to go for other option in phase 7 rather then Regereting later 🙏

Doesn't even deserve a star. I experienced my worst taste of wrap at Mom's Bakers.

Worst experience with the staff & the owner of mom baker Mohali...

they told it is a fruit cake & charged as per fruit mango cake @450... Later found full cream cake without any fruit at home during cake cutting...

Mom baker have betrayed the trust of the customer & is non responsive

The taste of the mango cream cake is very bad...

Suggest everyone never to buy the cake from mom baker Mohali...
