Their service is not satisfactory, i ordered a cake and clearly mention the instructions on how to customise, but they customised it wrongly and mispelled the words that i clearly have them to imprint on the cake. Also the cake was not good, the staffs there are polite and good but the food tastes bad and the management is not good, they fail to follow the customers wants, and too overpriced. All show and no go for bakery. I think they are wasting money too much on advertisements rather than good satisfactory customer service. I give only 1 star, please do not go for likla. Very bad experience.

The pastry are a little over priced. Cake designs need to be improved. It would be better if the sitting space was a little more spacious.

"The girls working behind the counter are as sweet as their cakes. I"m not big on sweets but LIKLA Bakery has changed my mind . The Burnt Almond Chocolate cake and Burnt Almond Strawberry cake melts in your mouth . There is a reason why this place is packed . They keep the line moving quick and I have never tasted anything like their cakes."

The product available here are quite good. I wood auggest you to try the baked samosa and the patties items. However, the likla juice are not upto the mark. Taste really horrible. The bakery is hygienic too. Will visit again soon.
