Ajit Bakery (Gokulpeth, Nagpur)

I had a worst experience of buying online cake from Ajit/Diwadkar bakery, cake was of 400 rs and the transactions happened two times(may be its bank/third merchant mistake) but they are also not supporting to get my money back. several times i have talked to bank also but they are also saying wait for 7 days and now its about a month.. and so on. now i think my total money i.e. 800 rs is there in their(bakery's) pocket now, they were saying we will talk to bank but still nothing happens till now.

Quite healthy food available here on very reasonable rates. Ambience is quite dull. Situated on a very prime location in front of sudama talkies.

Not gonna visit again as expected worst quality and service. I would like to share this experience, but before that let's review the place it is clean and showoff for the world but overpriced that's what I would say for the taste and quality of the products they serve. So food lovers I won't recommend this at all. You will see showoff like plastic gloves and all but that's not sufficient if you are using bare dirty hand before for making stuff. Whatever, I just tried some pizza and sandwich which was a great disaster as I remember, we were there for some movie which was an hour later to start. So we decided to try this store and that was a mistake.

Pastry 🥧 was not at all fresh even ask for fresh only
Panipoori sometimes is really tasty and sometimes didn't
Also tried kulchas but thickness of kulchas are same as pizza 🍕 bread 🥪 so not at all near by mark of kulchas

Extremely disappointed. Support staff just ruined it. Requested for a doughnut to be heated. Person on the counter asked the other guy to do the same. But the other guy, who constantly denied me of options I asked for (even if he could easily have suggested me some), was busy in his mobile phone. Annoyed by this disturbance in his mobile session, he purposely heated the doughnut which eventually burnt my pallette to the extent of removing my skin. The counter guy asked him to give me the moderately heated piece, but he said in sarcasm 'nahi Nahi abhi garam karta hu" with a cunning smile.
Highly unprofessional. Serious action needed. Brand Ajit bakery, not expected.

Terrible service, rude staff, didn't even wear masks. Food was average at best, but the staff ruined it.

Usual bakery with all the stuff other bakery provides however they used to have dining area on 1st floor but now they do not allow that so there is no specific reason to give them more than 1 star I guess.

Extremely dissatisfied with cake quality since the cake was not fresh which i ordered on my birthday
