I had ordered a cake for my grandpa on his birthday, it was all fresh, tasty and yummy! Plus, the icing on the cake is, it was delivered on time. You can surely opt for using their website to send cakes to your loved ones or even order one for yourself. They are just great!!! ❤️

Bad experience..customer service keeps on hold and disappear and asked to track the order. The representative is either clueless of the information od does not understand the requirement. Order placed and delivery date mentioned to make it special for the occasion. But the same is ruined as the order is delayed as the representative ends up saying its mentioned on our website that the order placed by you will take 10-12 days..THANK YOU WINNI FOR RUINING OUR SPECIAL OCCASION..there is no point on taking orders in case you guys are not sure to get the stuff delivered..
WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE DELIVERED IS NOT WHAT IS POSTED ON YOUR WEBSITE. CHARGING 800 BUCKS AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GUYS HAVE SENT AFTER THE DELAY..

I trust you PPL and you have disappointed me😞I was too happy while placing the order considering that it's worth to trust your site and without any hesitation I placed order. Just have a look what I ordered and what you people delivered. I also tried to reach you PPL I pinged you on WhatsApp but you guys ingnored it.

Worst service. I ordered cake and red rose on 18th March but they are still in processing. No customer service have been given. Don't ever order anything from here they will only spoil all your plan and mood.

I ordered Orchid flowers, in early morning 7am. they delivered these Roses in evening 4pm
then i tried to call them.. but it was busy.. then after long time they picked up.. told that they will replace shortly. but now it is 6.50pm.. no one has come and no one is picking up my call.. seriously so disappointed.. Don't ever order from this.. they will spoiled whole day

The "Super Rasmalai Cake" and "colour of red" chocolate/rose hamper ordered from Winni was really superb! Good experience in ordering and interacting with the team. There was a feedback call too, on the next day of delivery.

Absolutely terrible and pathetic service. They were supposed to deliver our order yesterday on the eve of Mother's Day and they didn't. I have e-mailed them regarding the situation but have received no response. I also tried their phone line, but they either cut the call or just don't pick up. Worst of all, we already paid them the money in advance and they haven't refunded us. They're no-good fraudsters who can't run a decent customer service, much less a legitimate business. Save your money, folks, and don't even think about giving these con-artists your money.

Cake was good, but the knife was broken in two pieces, cake topping was broken, roses was good but not so fresh. They wrote a small note for me in a piece of paper for my birthday wish but the handwriting was worst. Don't you have any good writer to write neat and clean. Waste of money.
