Finishing is Good but the taste is not up to the mark, need lots of improvement. Doesn't know how to talk to customers and always in a hurry, no time for discussion. Lack of coordination. Delivered a different flavoured cake rather than providing the flavour which was ordered. Charges are very high with no bills. Very bad experience 👎👎👎

The best cake I ever tasted was by cupcaker n more. I never liked dryfruits in the cake but yesterday when I tasted the cake it was super tasty. The signature flavour vanilla caramel pineapple supreme with roasted almonds is a must try. Thank you so much for making the occasion special with such a wonderful cake...🙂🙂

The flavours are amazing, we tried different flavours n were not disappointed any time.
Tina is such an expert that no matter what design you tell her, she always makes it perfectly.

I am always in awe of Cup Cakes & More situated in Nagpur. They take good care of needs and customise them very well and I have gotten my order more than what I expected. About the price, I wouldn't hesitate to say they taste good and look extremely good and well presented and treated to their customer and I do feel they are doing the best among the others so the price is fair to what they charge.

The bestest cakes and goodies in town. Always make our occasions even more special. They are best in terms of taste and texture, not to forget the amazing look of the cakes. So professional yet give a personal touch everytime.

Awesome cakes and food. Nothing like I have had in all of nagpur. Definitely a must try and I promise you will not be disappointed. They also sell fresh and custom made food and only limited on store display. Which accordingly to me is awesome as you always get fresh and good food!!!! Should / must try food!!!!

I had ordered a Tiramisu. After due confirmation with them that I don’t want a cake with flavour of tiramisu icing still they gave the same thing and argue that this is how they make it. I only wanted a tiramisu in the shape of a cake round or square and not cut in pieces. Very very disappointing. And on top of that they reply that may be you don’t know what tiramisu is. Great work👍

There charges for customized cakes are on a higher side as compared to other famous cake shops.. I thought of giving it a try but was very disappointed.. The contact person who takes order is highly unprofessional and careless as they mix up the flavours.. I ordered a mixed berries flavour and she prepared a nutella flavour which was not upto the expectation and the charges I paid.. A professional cake shop must take care of the basic things like "flavour of the cake".
