They don't give much choice. Limited cakes and flavors. I bought berry cake, which I didn't like it at all. Can't even write anything on birthday cake. Big NO NO👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

No more options as off Retail.
Also no option to fresh cake, he is given bracket cake only.

So it's not perfect option to buy monginis cake. Even though factory.

Worst customer service and they don't even acknowledge to the problem and dont have basic communication etiquettes. Very disappointing experience of Monginis Cake Factory support team.
