The Bake Nation - Baking Studio

Had a good effective baking session. Shruti our chef was very patient. She gave us hands on experience of cutting the cakes & icing. She taught us how to work on various designing of d cakes. Although v were tired as it was a long hours session but hats off to d chef - Shruti who was very patient till d end of d session and yes cutting d cakes patiently for d take aways to b given to all d students.

I must say Chef Shruti is very patient excellent teacher who really takes time to make sure you to understand all the techniques. Learnt many things in detail about baking and all different decorations. All the cakes are very yummy and delicious flavours.

The best workshop to learn baking in a professional way that too in a lesser time. Best hands on practice on assembling cakes, making designs with different nozzles, whipping process, baking,etc. Thorough knowledge of the recipes and ingredients.
Overall a great experience in learning by Chef Shruti and staffs. Very polite & disciplined person. Thank you so much Mam for adding a valued experience in my life. All the best for your future endeavours.

Mam explain everything in details from first step to last .She shared baking techniques , type of sponge cake,Icings,learned different design nasel and different type of forecasting.
