Bakery items and ambiance are all good, but the person who collected cash at the counter today has no idea of customer service - He was very rude and treated me without absolute respect when asked for a discount since my purchase was in multiple 100’s. Would avoid this bakery at any cost. The staff in the counter were all friendly and courteous, but the old cashier man with spectacles definitely need some training to continue if customer centricity is your priority!

Please don't waste your money.. i ordered for sandwich and look what i got... A useless bread with 1 slice of butter and chilli, and it costs 60/- No menu card, no maintenance, very disappointing experience

Bakery is good, food served are of good quality but the rude attitude of owner spoils the whole brand name

Don't remember the cake's name but it was extremely awesome!! Great proportion of icing and not too overtly sweet. Full marks for the taste. Cake design can be improved. Time to ditch the old look!!
The Cake did surpass my expectations!!

Al-fahm chicken felt a bit dry/old. Shake/Dessert options were good enough.
