Supreme Bakers

I had a good experience from supreme bakers kollam, visited their two branches and both are good experience. Some parking space shortage found in one of the shore and one have good parking.

Huge collections of groceries,bakery items .They have a small fish 🐠 shop called Meen .you can buy fresh fishes from there .Excellent customer service.Staffs are very knowledgeable.

They have exotic cake flavours💖
I really loved their Ambergine mousse cake & their Black berry forest cake.
Their Double fudge chocolate cake is only for pure Chocoholics 😍🍫 .... really good cocoa & dark chocolate is used .
They have a wide variety of gorgeous artisan breads, many mini cakes & Indian sweets.

I also liked the other sections in this supermarket.
Staff were helpful too.

Bakery items are good in quality and taste. But about restaurant,they didn't meet my expectations. I ordered two Italian pasta recipes but thet both had same sauce ,so tasted almost same.

Rich nuts and fruits cakes cost around Rs 800 for 600 gm. And this cake was really a nice variety even because of the cashew topping. The quantity is less and dates quality needs to be improved. Most of the time there is rush and space is limited. Please mind it.

Let me just get it out of the way. Supreme Bakers remains the best bakery I've ever been to. Part of that must be the nostalgia, but any bakery that keep operating from your earliest memory well into your middle age must be doing something right.

I've always thought of Kollam as a small town with a narrow palette with regards to Western Cuisine but Supreme was my first foray into baked goodies and their meat(beef) puffs will remain one of my eternal favourites. The shops in Musaliar buildings was their first outlet and it remains their busiest ones to date. Prices are affordable, items are of high quality and the staff are friendly and courteous.

They have a good collection of breads and buns. From masala bun, cheese bread to butter bun, I like all of them. Can find varieties of good halwas, milk sweets, laddus, different types of cakes etc. You can find bakery products made of ghee(I prefer) as well as cheap vegetable fat here.
