Navya Bakers, Irinjalakuda

I recently visited this bakery to collect a cake I had pre-ordered. Inspite of clearly specifying my requirements, the cake was prepared incorrectly. What made the experience worse was the rude and dismissive behavior of Manager Augustine. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue calmly, his attitude only escalated the situation. It was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially considering the special occasion for which the cake was ordered.
I will never recommend anyone I know to go to that bakery, neither my family nor my friends. I strongly advise against visiting, especially on your special days, as they will completely ruin the experience.

I'd experienced a bad customer service there. Literally a worst one. Rude behavior from the salesman there...
How we the customers go there again. If we don't feel like go again.. Such a rude behavior that literally spoiled my entire day...
I don't t go again there & don't recommend tis outlet to any of my friends or relatives.

The worst part is the guy won't admit his rudness.
Navya Bakers you should reconsider the people u r appointing there. Or guys, tis would affects u r business. Periodt

The best bakery in Irinjalakuda. Quality products for sure .Prices are like 10% higher compared to other bakers. Still value for money. Navy bakers took the bakery business in Irinjalakuda by storm. Cutlets, rolls, etc are better than rest of the bakers. Their own range of snacks never compromise on quality. The billing is also quick. I found the attendants very supportive contrary to many reviews.

I had purchased cream buns, banana chips and a few other traditional snacks from Navy bakery at Irinjalskuda on November 11,2022after reading about the process involved by the bakery in manufacturing the snacks
I must say that all items were very good and my family was happy with it.The cream bun was excellent and the banana chips almost like home made.Please maintain the quality.We have very few bakers concerned about the satisfaction of customers.

The best bakery in Irinjalakuda. Navy’s bakers took the bakery business in Irinjalakuda by storm. Cutlets, rolls, etc are better than rest of the bakers. So is most of the varieties in here.

Their own range of snacks never compromise on quality. Professional staff who are neat and well mannered. There is also ample car parking in the area.

My personal choice is ghee cakes and traditional items like achappam, kuzhalappam, fish cutlet etc. The billing is also quick.

Bought chocolate truffle cake for my mom birthday cake was excellent and fresh. I found the attendants very supportive contrary to many reviews. Also bought chicken burger which was mediocre, at 75rs people expect more meat, veggies and cheese with authentic taste. Didnt like it one bit

I went to the bakery to have a icecream shake...
The price for the navya special peanut butter shake was 100 but not even worth for even 50₹... No quantity, no peanuts, cashews,dry fruits or nothing...
Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was totally disappointing...it doesn't have the quality and quantity for the sandwich...

One of the best bakeries at Irinjalakuda. Located near tana signal. Contains bakery, pastries, icecreams, soft drinks etc. A wide space is available for car parking. Best quality and delicious food items. Contains an icecream parlour at upstairs. Just loved it.❤️
