Ambience is good but quality of food is not up to the mark

Almost every items are reasonable. It also offers an open cafe ground floor. For a family and friends it is better to choose upstairs. Quality and service is good. We can also get some items which is not available in other bakeries.For example, Pav bread.

Good Ambience

Newest branch of Oldest Bakery in Kanhangad. We love their Veg burger.

They serve ice cream and fresh juices also. They have a seperate counter for tea, coffee and small snacks.

Needs improvement. Was one of the best bakeries in kanhangad now its on a decline due to the modern bakeries like ideal etc. I ordered a fruit salad recently and it tasted really bad too sweet and kind of tastes like medicine.

I saw about their "Chocolate Roulette" in Zomato. Went to their shop and ordered same Chocolate Roulette from their menu. Instead of the representation of ice cream and brownie like combination, I was served with 3-4 scoops of Chocolate ice cream with few nuts and things on top.
When I told the ice cream maker about what was shown in Zomato image, He said that the brownie was not available in shop at the time, so he had made the dessert like this. How am I supposed to be satisfied by this 3-4 scoops of Chocolate ice cream instead of a combination with brownie?
I don't think this is the right way of how a customer should be treated. Atleast he should have said that the brownie was not available or something like that when I asked first while ordering.
