A very bad experience. I visited MRA Bakery Nadapuram last week. I went to make a bulk purchase. They don't attend to customers, their response is very poor as if they don't need to sell. With my bulk purchase, their reluctance for packing was surprising! They do not keep proper hygiene-based packing for Bakery items. MRA Nadapuram needs to wake up from this poor customer service mindset and focus to improve their service.

Very tasty snacks. Best bakery in Nadapuram, MRA has almost 20 bakeries in Malabar region, Kerala.
• We've been buying snacks from MRA since it's started.
• Good staffs and service.
• Very clean and pleasant atmosphere.
• Single floor with a Coolbar.
• Affordable price for all dishes..
• They do have special malabari dishes.
• Very low parking Area that you should park roadside.
• Can be found easily since it's in National Highway.

Visit MRA one day.. you will be impressed

Went here today ... After along wait nobody came. Then i went to the counter and is there anybody to take orders... Then a guy came and gave menu card and gone. After some minutes a guy came.. i asked abouts the availability. All items are available. Then i asked about the delay. He told me that there will be delay even the shop is empty... And the way he spoke to me and my sister was very rude...

We are visited this shop today..shop was neet and clean.but we are not satisfied for services.. services are toooo bad....not worthy... But one happiness is Price are too high.... Compatibility other restaurants....
