Not a very satisfying bakehouse. They’ve got quite a fancy name and vibe. But their products are below par and totally unacceptable.

The outlet is in a prime spot of the city and presents a great countenance in the setting. The façade is a striking disparity on the streetside and would spark craving in any onlooker. But all the ambience, tone and brains behind the muffin house is a great cover for the disastrous food.

Their donuts are as dry as parched bread with a dead cream on it. I could vouch for a regular loaf of brown bread that would be suppler than this. Their muffins are a tough and small lump of cake for Rs 35, which is much more expensive than its excellently tasteful counterparts. Breadfort and Square one sell their immensely delicious donuts for just Rs 30. Their cakes too are just nowhere near meeting the balance. Cookies and tarts are just mediocre.

The bakehouse is also an eatery with upstair dining space. But alls for nothing when the products are off the hook

The outlet is a miniature delicatessen that displays immense number of products, but simply fails to hit the mark. Trivandrum is too good for a swagger like The Muffin House.

Should give them 5 star plus. Not doing this for the sake of it. I really mean it. Best staffs. Went there during the closing time. Still everyone was keeping the smile. Saw unity.. great customer handling. Very rare sight now on how to treat a customer. But they really are nailing it.. ❤️ learn business? Visit there once... Kudos to entire team! 👏👏👏

Quality and taste are their trademark..Different variety of cakes and authentic Kerala snacks are also available..

Very bad experience, the cake was very bad taste, and they are not considering it food, and also charged too much, Muffins Team, at least consider it is food for the people.

The staff, is very arrogant and unprofessional behaving, and their manager is as well, if a mistake happens they are not accepting...you guys spoiled the trust from people. don't do any mistakes with the food, god is watching... surely you will get returns.

The Muffin House is now one of the 5* cake houses and bakery in Trivandrum. Well arranged, well decorated and well lit, the ambience is great, and the cakes are also very tasty. They offer home delivery via online platforms. Also cakes can be pre-ordered and picked up. Only thing, the messages are written only when you pick them up. Beautifully written, though.

Incident:
I ordered a cake through zomato from Muffin house. They prepared the cake and it was excellent and the photo was sent to me by Muffin house... But horrible zomato delivery distorted the cake. And when the package was opened to disappointment could see a perfectly baked cake damaged.
With a hard heart contacted muffin house directly as time was ticking and celebration was on...
Muffin house team from Ambalathara responded quick and prepared another excellent cake and delivered it on time. Thanks a lot team.👏👏👏

I personally loved it so much. I just ate some of their special " Rich plum cake "right now and it's extremely delicious. The brand themselves keeps a very good quality in their cakes.
