Easy to find. Nice ambience. Good service.

Very bad experience. I came today with my famil at 2pm. They have three lady staff something discuss and not mind see me.They do not even know how to treat a customer when they come.If there is a staff like this, nobody wants to come here.

It's a small but decent store. They have good varieties of bakery products, snacks and chocolate etc. They do accept cards, cash and you payments. The staffs are friendly. Do visit store early (around 4pm) to buy single day products like puffs, ilayappam etc

Crowded mostly.
Quality products.
Packed baked, cakes, cool drinks, choclates, dry fruits etc are available.
Bit expensive than other shops just because of quality of the food provided.

The burgers they have at this place are really good, especially for a bakery in Kollam (not looking down on the district, just stating facts). They have an assortment of products and If definitely recommend the butterscotch cake. The 'traditional Kerala' snacks they have like the vadas are a bit more on the average side, but it's a great place to check out nonetheless if you're looking for a good bite.
