I love there quick service and lots of variety in products to choose from that can't be found elsewhere

Today I buy a coldcake, taste is very bad, this is stock cake or something else.

I buy a cake lot of time before this, very taste,hygiene, but this time taste is very bad

Purchased last night was told vl b freshed for 24 hours and just today evening it's smelling bad and pathetic taste ,didn't hope dis from Taste well ,had given 2 to 3 sweets box to neighbour even dey complained the same

Timing is nonsense. They open at 9am. Actually such business should open early in the morning as breads and pav is consumed at breakfast. I was shocked to know that breads and pav are available after 12 noon. 😂
Need to go with the trend. Must change your age old trend of opening your business late.
Highly disappointed.

Cakes and pastries which are making here are best quality and hygiene. I must really say that it is the best cake shop in Alleppey which gives you the premium quality. There are different kinds of cakes as per your favourite flavours. It's very delicious and one must really try it out. The cutiepie is amazing! The cakes were to die for! But most of all the service was outstanding! Highly recommend this establishment. Very quaint!

Product quality is good but most important behaviour towards customer very bad, staff & owner very rude
