Good place for all types of cakes.. Variety of flavors and reasonable price. Can have there or take away. Slices are also sold. Very few options for spicy food. Seating is also arranged. Overall it's a good place.

Best place to get pastries and celebration cakes.
Quality and Taste is consistent.Highly recommend this place if you are craving for some tasty pastries.

Overpriced and disappointing cake customisation.
I had ordered 5 cupcakes with post office theme. Cupcakes had a thick layer of whipped cream(which was not asked for) and it was different from the ordered design. I was charged Rs.200 for the cupcakes and Rs.500 for customising(as per bill). The product quality is not at all worth the price they charge.

I had a very poor experience recently when ordering a Black Forest birthday cake. I ordered it a day earlier but when I went to pick up the cake it did not look anything like a Premium Black Forest that I paid for & it looked like a cheap all white vanilla cake from a local bakery.
When I pointed this out at first the staff started arguing that this how all their Black Forest cakes look & there is nothing that can be done about it. When I showed them the pictures of the same flavour from their own company online website they reluctantly tried to add some chocolate shaving on top of the all white cream to make it look like the Black Forest shown in their online site & brochure.
The problem here is that unlike other similar premium brands like Just Bake, Chef Bakers etc who make all their cakes in a central kitchen and so can standardize quality & visual of the cake these guys make it individually by hand in each outlet which results in different level of quality & visual at their different outlets. This can be good if going for a last minute order but now after this bad experience i realize it's better to order a day earlier from other more reliable brands if I have the time to get reliability.

The cake texture was soggy & a total waste of money. As well as the pastry along the theme that didn't go right with the baking. Tapped the debit card twice on payment which was quite upsetting. Ill trained staff circle. They need to work more on improvisation a lot!

Worst cake palace of Amma’s branch. Never have professional and they will not maintain the quality of cake and look. Kindly don’t give any costume cakes in this branch they seriously don’t know how to give finishing. Really disappointed. And they charge very high for some dumb cake. There is no option to give negative star so giving single star. Please close this worst branch.

I had ordered a birthday cake from Ammas , I feel they have no idea of cake decoration and taste. The price they charge is very expensive. There are better places to buy in vidyaranyapura if you look around. Better think and buy . Customer relation very bad.

I had ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday, they made sure to deliver what I expected. It looked amazing and tasted wonderful.
