When I purchase a cake, it is obvious for a special occasion. And writings on top of the cake describes the occasion and plus it holds important value for the person whose anniversary, birthday it is.

I and the person for whom this cake was meant for are not happy because of the way they write on top of the cake. It is very unprofessional, the person in-charge must undergo training or atleast see some tutorial on "How to write on a Cake?".

The comment which I got from the salesperson was that the bakers are not available in the evening, hence that's the reason for it not being good. This totally unprofessional, will I have a dream prior that night, whether the baker are available or not!? I expect it to be clean and neat.

I have been a regular and loyal customer to Crave. No comments on the taste of the cake, it's delicious. But for the past few occasions they are not reaching the expectation of their customer.

I hope they rectify this issue as soon as possible!

Delicious pastries and cakes you will enjoy here. Located near to coin circle. You can order customized birthday cakes in advance. Taste is very good. Hygienic and well maintained. Place is less crowded. One of the best place in Manipal to try desserts and cakes.

Decent snacks, really good deserts. I definitely expected a bit more hospitality from the staff as they were a bit rude and it was weird considering that I had gone at a time when they were almost empty. Stuff other than deserts are overpriced too for the quality that they provide. Coffee wasn't that good.
Having visited Crave in Mangalore, quite a few times which I love, I was disappointed with this experience at the Crave in Manipal.

One of the best places for desserts in Manipal. They have a wide variety of pastries and quite affordable in terms of the quality and serving.

Craves Desserts are one of the good dessert shops in Manipal. Fresh and yummy pastries and custards served. Also Donuts , Birthday cakes, Coffe are available. Parking available infront of the shop. A small floor above is also available with seating. Tried Cheese cake and Custard which was yummy.

This place is love at first sight. The variety of cheesecake and other iced cakes are amazing i always prefer craves for my sweet tooth. Their cakes are rich in flavour and perfectly made. But their pastries are very expensive just a single piece price a lot. But still worth the money.

A cake called red velvet chaorlette something, I don't remember the name of the cake properly, but this cake literally was the best cake I had in town. It just melts in our mouth. The chocolate layer in between those red velvet layers just makes it more tastier. Would definitely try again. And the place was a great ambiance.
