Worst experience 👎🏻 I ordered the cake around 4 days before my nephew's birthday that was on the 13th of January and when I go to the shop to take the cake for the party. The owner forgot to make the cake which was very irresponsible behavior on his part. He tried to act like he did not forget about the cake. He told me the cake is ready just wait for 15 min but he delivers the cake after 1.5 hours. The owner's behavior was very casual and he hardly regretted his mistake. Main part: The presentation was so poor, very bad taste, and not worth money that he charged 1600. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Please save your special day and money. We like every other customer reviewed his page on google and based on his ratings and images trusted him that we would not be disappointed but the owners behaviour was very casual and he hardly regretted on his mistake. The cake was then made in a hurry at 4 p.m. when we went to the shop and asked for the same and literally it was tasteless. The presentation was so poor and not worth money that he charged 1800. As per the demand the flavour was strawberry but I was given vanilla flavour and moreover the decoration started falling off. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and please don’t go with the images and ratings of this shop.

I ordered for my sisters birthday party cake and all eating stuff from Kapila Bakery. Cake was really soft and smell was awesome and food was upto mark . We got a hot food delivery that is rarely happen So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

First at all, I love the service as I know it's very hard to get a nice and fresh cake especially during lockdown. Thankfully I managed to get it from Kapila Ice Cream&Bakery. Secondly, I'm impressive with the service provided from here as it get delivered on time And i ordered Black Forest and its too yummy.. Definately will made another purchase. Thank you very much!!!
