CAKE FOR YOU

Very delicious cake that we had yesterday and delivery superb on time and I get discount on it, so guys go and get it soon...

Spilled cake via Swiggy and post seeing the posted photos this is a prominent issue with the bakery.

What I really don’t understand is that if you guys don’t know what’s customer service is or how to make cakes then why to go into bakery business in the first place.

Cakes at reasonable prices with best quality.
They are fresh and spongy even after ordering and in fridge.
The taste are also very good.
We have ordered for all birthdays, occasions and non cake days as well.
Their cakes are better than pastries.

2 days ago i ordered cake. Cake was completely out of shape and fully broken. It's taking too much waiting time to deliver the order. when I tried to call them then not answered my call. It was for a birthday celebration and I had to reorder from different place no value for money and totally ignorant about their customer and very bad service. Worst experience.. Pathetic experience. Won't prefer this bakery for future.

They always provide delicious cakes as per your requirement.. packing and servicing are very good

Don't order from this bakery. I ordered a cake that was melted to much and all the topping was coming out. It spolied my birthday as well. Not expected as shown in the picture.

#1. I was ordering cake for a birthday celebration in which I included a birthday crown with my order and they sent me a birthday cap, when asked they said nothing can be done what's happened is happened. Really pathetic of them as I had already paid money for the crown and cap was very cheap compared to that and if I order for a crown I need crown not cap, there is no justification for that and when I was complaining they were just passing the phone to on another and had no interest regarding the issue also at the end directly cut the call and avoided further calls from my side.
#2. Cake was completely out of shape and broken into 3...4 pieces when I tried to call again they ghosted my call. It was for a birthday celebration and I had to reorder from different place no value for money and totally ignorant about their customer and very bad service.
