Ordered chocolate truffle pastry and it comes in damaged condition. It's all over the box. When I called the bakery to tell about the same, he completely ignored my statement in a very casual attitude. I will not recommend.

Best cake nd provide exceptional customer service

A very pathetic and unprofessional experience. The cake was not baked properly, delivered to me much in advance citing excuse that we have other deliveries too. And we tried to cut the cake, it was so soft and the fondent was so sticky. Wen I called dem, again excuse that u didn't give time to freeze the cake. Means as customer we are responsible for end result and need to freeze the cake for hours for cutting. Disgusting, unprofessional
