I just collected a cake that I ordered yesterday. I specifically told the bakery that we have to leave for the birthday party at 7:30 pm sharp and cannot afford any time beyond that. The bakery rest me assured that they will try their best to do it by 7:30 pm but definitely do it by 8:00 pm.
Now today I came at sharp 8:00 pm and the cake was not ready and I literally told the staff a million times to do everything with haste, but every staff person was extremely indolent and busy in some of their trivial stuff. I ended up getting the cake and leaving the bakery at 8:30 pm and I am extremely infuriated at the moment.
I have not tried the cake yet but my rating is empirically based on the customer service.

I ordered blueberry cake with photograph.
First of all the finishing was awesome. The clarity of pic, i just love it.
The taste was good but not that much tasty that I thought. The bread was soft and cream was fresh.
I found it little bit costly but thats ok as i have got the very beautiful cake. The presentation wad also awesome.
They should also provide the home delivery.
Would love to buy again.

I went there to try Croissant, but unfortunately they didn’t have one. So I ended up trying Chocolate Mousse which was rotten.
When I told the owner, she tasted and brought a fresh one. Even fresh one was not good. It had a lot of sugar and we couldn’t finish that. They should focus on taste more because taste is first requirement.

HOPELESS......Had there been negative rating I would have given them that.
Despite multiple instructions the cake they prepared for my daughter's third birthday was hopeless and pathetic. They can't even compete with regular gully bakers.
Found myself in a situation where I left my guests home and went back to them and returned it.
They boast high and tell you that they can make any cake you get them a picture of. My daughter is three and ahe loves cartoon characters. I picked couple of pictures and shared with them. The chef comes up with multiple excuses and finally we settle for a peppa pig cake which they ruined totally.
The fondant was chewy, the bread was stale and broke into peices when we tried cutting .......and peppa pig had no ears and a really long snout.

The fondant had finger prints all over the cake, I am sure the chef didn't wear gloves.

Never coming back, won't recommend anyone.

We've ordered from here a couple of times already and have been extremely happy with all the items we've tried. The chocolate donuts, sugar cinnamon donuts were nice and soft and the plain and chocolate croissants were absolutely sensational. The pesto bread was something else! Can't get enough of it. The menu is pretty extensive and very reasonable, so will be trying other stuff too. Thanks a ton!

Had ordered snack boxes for the kids and birthday cake on the occasion of my daughters 7th bday.
All the items looked and tasted awesome. Cake was designed based on my inputs and was fresh and creamy.
Kids enjoyed the snack box with savouries and cookies and more and was over in no time.

Pathetic place for Birthday cakes. They will agree on whatever you will ask them as part of cake design, but beleive me what you would get will not be even 10% close to your expectations. I am just taking about the quality and presentation. Though they will charge you good.
You will regret if you are expecting a below average cake on your kids B'day.
