Harish bakers & sweets Sector 31

This place is very good to dine in. What ever food you gonna have is worth.
Place consist of party hall at the top floor for suitable gathering. Perfect place for parking around 200+ cars. Hospitality is good. Location is just close to highway on Jharsa village road. Price are nominal.
Overall experience is very good.

I am residing in sector -39 , Gurugram.
Today i.e. 27/08/2022 I ordered some food on online platform swiggy from Harish Bakery , Sector-31 , Gurugram.(order no.144674127279).
I ordered some dahi bhalla , aloo tikki , vada pao , veg patty and more.
When I unpacked that food item after receiving from the delivery guy i was utter shocked to see that the whole food was cold not even warm it was totally not eatables. And i had vomiting after eaten some food.
And the main thing is in dahi bhalla there is a human hair . We didn't eaten that food and throw away in dustbin . I have photographs of the food item to justify my review.
Poeple as you can see such this type of big franchises giving away only worst item worst food to the people which is not good for their health. So, i suggest to all nearby people of sector-31 and nearby don't order or purchase items from the Harish Bakery because they are serving food poision in the name of fresh and good food.

Earlier the quality was very good in restaurant but now started degrading. As this is nearest to our home so we usually go there. They have huge parking space available. They should maintain quality.

Pros- affordable and tasty burger is available, clean restaurant, free drinking water available.
Cons- no seats are available to sit down you have to stand and eat Whatever you order.

Tried these two items in breakfast and it's worth. The Roll was super awesome. The bread roll are also good.

Food is good.. Environment is also good for a small family gathering.

I have ordered mutter kulcha from zomato, they have delivered rotten mutter, when I reach out restaurant than they accepted that it is rotten. But didn’t help further although their concern person said they will deliver extra mutter on next order. Really disappointing service.

No issues the taste & quality. But now you realy need to improve the service & the staff behavior. Customer ignorance may happen oftenly
