While I cannot comment or vouch for Imperial Bakery's product-quality since I could not lay my eyes on their preparation-process or ingredients, I can definitely state that the products seemed to be really fresh! There were no apparent issues with quality. Its Plum Cake was way more fresh and tasty than any other bakeries in Ahmedabad. Its Veg. Puff and Chinese Puff were also really good!

The prices were also very reasonable.

If you compare Imperial's product-quality, taste, prices with those of other known bakeries like Kabhi-B, I would say that Kabhi-B is so bad that it requires to be closed down. The dent caused by Kabhi-B's bad quality and taste to Ahmedabad's bakery market gets compensated by Imperial's products.

The only bad part about Imperial is that it is located in the old-city and it causes some inconvenience to reach there if you reside in the newer side of the city. However, I would surely go that extra mile to reach Imperial Bakery rather than settling for any other nearby bakeries, more particularly, when there are serious quality-issues with bakeries like Kabhi-B.

My recent experience with Kabhi-B related to the Wheat Pav, for which they justify their higher prices by claiming it to be healthier as compared to the regular Maida Pav. I had bought 4 packets of Wheat Pav from the Nehru Nagar branch of Kabhi-B. All of them were brittle and stale. They literally had fungi on them. Upon my raising issues with Kabhi-B, they fell down to the level of denying that it is their product! The least an ordinary customer would expect in such circumstances would be an exchange! However, throwing aside these expectations, they did not even have the elementary courtesy to apologize!!

Given rating on quality

I bought white forest cake for 250 rs 500 grams and half of the top of the cake was only cream and almost 75% cream in cake and cream was really bad quality !
