I asked the kind store lady if the pastries were fresh & despite her reply in the affirmative they weren't as soft as I'm used to.

I'm basing my benchmarks on Mumbai's famous patisserie Mervans - if any of you have ever been there then you know what I mean 😊

Good taste of Pastry. But need to improve on Softness of Pastry.

Hands down one of the most amazing service provided. Been in contact with then via Instagram talking back and forth about a custom cake I wanted. As I, myself, am not from India I found it hard to communicate with bakers to find a proper cake. But Agnees bakers went above and beyond with communication and in general their customer service. The cake they made lived up to my expectations in appearance and tasted even better than imagined. I will most definitely be a returning customer every time I come to india and need a cake for an event/occasion.

Fantastic service is given by Agnee bakers. We ordered a birthday cake from overseas via phone and a delicious cake was home delivered within 2 days. 🎂👌💯
