Polka Cakes & Coffee Uttam Nagar

Cakes and donuts are very poor quality, I bought 3 and 4 times but every time I got disappointed with freshness of cakes and quality. This time asked 4 times to shop man about how long was prepared, he each time told me in morning just very fresh, When I eat that cakes and donuts it was very hard and very old with coming smell.

It was a last minute approach, I already ordered online with various vendor but they ditched at last due to a festive day.. Just an hour before I went to the near by branch and ordered the cake, they took less then the usual time and got me what was asked and made a mother's birthday special. Thank you !

Only design was okay, which we have ask to prepare, but rest all was worst, the cake was not fresh at all... quality also not good.... the feedback is same for last year's also.... no improvement...

Love the environment. All The workers there are very friendly. Overall great experience and taste.

In recent order the cake quality was extremely bad and it seems in place of cream they used something else which is sticky and had wierd taste. It happened with few other food items order in recent past and feedback was provided in person however no improvement in quality.

I hope someone will do quality checks to ensure quality food is served to the customer.

Very nice place to buy freshly made cakes and cookies. Prices are very reasonable

I had taken cake from polka yesterday, the cake was good in taste but the workers there did not pack the cake properly due to which the design of the cake got spoiled and it looked very bad.

The quality and experience of this place is exceptionally well. They make customised cakes too.
