Yummy and fresh bakery products. Ended up going to the bakery instead of the actual shop but still got my stuff - all staff very helpful and super friendly!

In my entire 24 years that I have spent on this planet I have had hundreds of cakes but I must say that the cake I had from this bakery was really a treat for my soul. Loved everything from this place. Must try. 💕

A standard European bakery serving it's clients from last 10 years. They have a monopoly when it comes to quality and authenticity.

Don't purchase stock to this company they are cheaters I m from shahabad markanda and I purchase bread from there but the bread quality is poor they were not proving so plz escaped that frod company

I placed an order with Swiss gourmesa yesterday and I could not figure the expected delivery of the product looking at the invoice. So I called them up in the morning to check for expected delivery to which they said that they don't have their regular delivery person available with them today so instead I should book a 'Cab' or something to get it delivered and they will bear the extra cost. I tried booking a cab which was 400rs from my place so I looked for cheaper options considering the fact that they will have to bear the additional cost! The initial delivery charges for my product were 160rs and the one that I booked was 220rs.

After booking the delivery I got a call from Swiss gourmesa telling me to pay for the delivery and the product as I have booked the delivery on my own. They wasted whole lot of time arguing how I will have to bear the extra charge regardless of the fact that they were falling short of delivery staff. This is how such big names cheat us individuals. It's not about the extra cost but the peace of mind, hassle, time wastage and unfair/bad attitude towards the customer that brought me here! Shame on such companies.
