Cake Chef

Never go to Cake chef. They are completely cheaters . They only speak not listening to others. I order 2 kg cake sugar base and cream layer for my daughter's birthday. With all complete instructions we give advance. But at the time of delivery order was completely different. They charged us 2300 for 2 kg (2200 for cake and 100 ) for delivery. For sugar base they give us 6 flower sticks that's it. Completely cheaters. And delivered as per his choice. Never recommend to go on this shop.

What my family notice about Cake Chef is one of the most over priced Pastry Shop ,which does not justify their prices with product .Owner driven store with full of ego and arrogance and ill mannered staffs with 0 product knowledge .We have to litterely ask for the invoice. Most of the products with out a proper barcode and NO PRICE MENTIONED ON THE PRODUCTS ,DATE OF MANUFACTURE AND EXPIRY .Looks like they are making a decent revenues with out giving a bill since they not need to worry about the Tax
Service 0 /10,Quality 2/10 ,hygiene 2/10 ,location 6/10 .We would never want to come to this place thinking this every thing but we are left with no choice in krishan vihar.

I ordered black forest cake 😋 but they delivered simple vanilla 🍰 cake. Can you imagine black forest and vanilla cake confusion 😂 And taste also not good. Will not buy another item from there again. Not to mentiont that the price I was quoted was much higher when I ordered. very unhappy customer. :(

You can see this beautiful cake I ordered and they delivered carrot cake... We accepted order. We thought it's also delicious But trust me it's taste was very very bad ☹️. I am not recommend.it

I had tried their cake before and found the sponge really light and the fresh cream and fruit topping delectable...

It was a good bakery now turned into pathetic bakery, today I visited there purchased pastry and other stuff of Rs 300/- i gave brand new note of Rs 500/- their staff tore it and not accepted their mistake, by this they shown their aukat, pastries were also not good. I recommend skip this pastry shop and buy fresh products from Near by bakeries. Thanks

The cake I received was broken.. this is the last think anyone would expect in their parties.. the sponge was very hard and also the cream quality tasted very low..

Bought this cake for my son's 1st birthday and what i experienced from their dealing is something i won't ever forget . Charged ₹150 for delivery of an expensive cake just for 3 km and recieved a damaged cake with all these imperfections . After talking to them on phone they said these things happen and will send a chef right away but didn't . Forgot to send the agreed candles and caps for the party . Overall a really bad experience by buying cake from them..
