The staff is extremely rude. They don't wear a damn mask but when you ask them to write the name, they refuse to write it blaming everything on covid issues. The cakes are also not worth the exorbitantly high costs one sees on the menu.

Very rude staff. They think they are doing some favour to customer. Not wearing masks and pretending to not decorate the cake due to COVID restrictions. Horrible

Bought a strawberry cake . Attendent talked too much about the quality of cake but it was not worth even for single star. Not satisfied with the freshness . Moreover the names were written on sugar plate with a edible marker that was not tasty at all and completely destroyed the look and that was the only thing left . Not recommended .

The shop opens in it's own time... The Shivalik one... Sell stale bread.. Don't know why they operate the store of they can't refurbish with new breads?!?

Bought choclate caramel cake on 17/1/2022 , the cake was not at all fresh...they dun deserve a single star...if you can't sell fresh cakes then it is better to close the shop..This is totally unacceptable. Please don't buy cakes from this shop. Pricing is also high & cakes are not fresh.
