Staffs Are Very Good In Behaviour And Shop Is Small But Maintained And Hygiene Is Well Maintained Here.

Worst pineapple cake I've ever tried.. its base was so ugly and it was not at all fresh ...also the cake was distorted while delivering... I am never going to order from here if it goes just like this. Please improve your service.

Monginis Cake shop is the worst service provider in Bettiah,they r so disrespectful people who should learn first thing is about providing customer service.
They promise something n at last moment they jst backout. They promised for delivering cake last moment they gave excuse n in full attitude , they informed we wil nt deliver cake, last moment had to arrange cake for celebration from other best service provider. Hardly few days in Bettiah n think they can create monopoly in Market.
I would suggest u learn how to provide customer service first n then think of taking place in market. Customer service can give u cstmrs , bt always remember u wil loose cstmrs by these kind of behave cstmrs can pay n get service from anywhere.

All products of Monginis is available fresh.

Like the place,, but there is no any sitting arrangement...
