Don’t go for customised cake. It’s very disappointing. Added paper printed icons on top and charged lots of money.

Pathetic, I was so excited before bringing the cake of this brand but it was not at all fresh. It's bread was really hard and believe me it even tasted little sour. They fooled me with just their flattering words. Never gonna purchase from this store.

I've ordered several cakes. Initially it was good. But from the last 3-4 cakes that I've ordered,the quality has worsen. 2 of the cakes had hair strands in them. When I spoke to the owner Rajiv, he gave a stupid excuse , ho sakta hai, since it was a hectic day on the occasion of mother's day and gave no compensation. Having a lot of orders to serve doesn't mean you'll serve hair alongwith it. This happened twice on another personal event, when it wasn't hectic. And then quality degraded. Butterscotch flavor was nowhere next to butterscotch. And the last cake that I ordered they almost charged twice of what was mentioned in their rate sheet. The staff Sagar has always been pretty rude, used abusive language with me and also blocked my number even after I had paid advance. They are taking advantage of their monopoly.When I spoke to the owner, he said sorry and rudely told me to order from somewhere else from next time. And also he said that the rates have been revised a few months ago. Then why are they still delivery the old rate sheet with my cake? Total scam. Pathetic service. They absolutely don't know how to talk to customers. Please do ask for the latest rate sheet before placing your order.

Fantastic place in city for cakes & pastries, Unbelievable prices with highest quality ..There half kg cakes cost at just 295, they have a nice space for dine , very kind starff's .

Nice ambience, nice hangout place, self service. We had a pastery and a brownie. Pastery was fine. The brownie however could have been better. Still a go to place.

7th heaven is now at Munger. One of the best bakery shop and cafe. Good quality and wonderful ambiance.
