Quality of cake is good compare to others. Sales person are also well mannered. But the boy sitting at CASH COUNTER is very ILL-MANNERED. Does not even know how to handle customer and specially Senior Citizen of his parents age. For him Customer is less important rather than his Attitude. Kind request to the MANAGEMENT of REPOSE to change his BOY if they want to keep a good impression of their Shop coz only selling good cake is not enough, Behavior with the customer also matters alot.. Similar kind of incident said to happened with lots of my friends and family members by the same BOY sitting at the CASH COUNTER, coz of which made me write this review...

Nothing much is happening here, at least not like before when it was opened and new. You enter inside and see an empty shop with few cakes and breads on the shelf. I guess people from Nagaon loves their conventional bakery stuff..Just like as it was from time immemorial. It's a slow town here, people are laid back and doesn't welcome much change. 😪

Today I have purchased vanilla pastry from this shop. I have asked them if the pastries are fresh or not as i had to gift it to someone.Tbh pastries were looking a bit old but they said pastries were fresh. When we had the cake, it had a sour taste and was smelling old, it was even very dry. My complain is that please don’t sell old stuff, if u don’t have something, say we don’t have it and be honest with everything, that way you guys will earn more respect and customers as well. Very much disappointed.
