Suchitra bakery at lokhra- staff at lokhra outlet is too rude.
Whenever asking staff to warm the puff, he is saying- if you want to take then take normal cold one or else go away ...they won't warm the puffs in oven.

Many times same issue faced.
Management have to keep polite staff at store to serve customer better, they even don't know how to talk or behave with customers

Decent quality products. Needs improvement but good in comparison to other such vendors in Lokhra Area. I like their biscuits very much.

Food quality is good but staffs are like deaf. Don’t even response well. You have to only give cash if your buying something less than rs100. New business strategy to loot customers.

In short if I got there for a cup of coffee n cake. I have to provide them cash no card transaction. So either you go to withdraw money or you eat more cakes n drink coffee.

Replace the staffs if you guys need customers. Rudest staff

They don't use gloves or tong to hold the patties.

Good quality bakery products. I like the baked samosa most.

The Spokesperson was so so ill mannered 🤬. I personally would recommend any one to go here both of them were very rude n then latter I had to refuse to take any product from them so Rude Because they didn’t give me what I wanted!! 🤬🤬🤬

They don't even have any UPI service. And their food aren't upto the mark.

Nice bakery. Easy to locate. Lots of varieties of foods, snacks, biscuits, cakes, pastries etc are available in different prices which are fresh, delicious and tasty. Place is big, spacious and clean. Employees are friendly. Overall a great place to have some foods. If you are in that neighborhood for any reason, just check the place.
