Brown Creams, Zoo Road

Tastiest bakes ever. Must stop for sweet tooth peoples. I had the tastiest blueberry cake till now.

I ordered cakes from here twice and they deliver quality cakes. Price is also not so high and they have varieties in cakes.

Unfortunately a very bad experience when the outlet server tries to fool you for a buy 2 get 2 offer and ends up charging you any way. And then suggest you try their delicious CHICKEN BURGER, only for you to come home and realise that the patty's gone bad and what he did was cleared his shelve. More disappointed with your petty tricks than the food you served!

Worst Cake ever. Today I ordered cake from them. and it was 4 or 5 days old I believe. The cake was stinking badly and taste like tangy rotten bread. Health department should take strict action against Brown Cream. This is not done. Never order from Brown Cream. These people are not even worth of 1 star.

I have gone to brown creams quiet a few times now. Last time when I have visited there I left my stuffs mistakenly at their place and when I went looking for it,they denied that I did not leave any pf my stuffs there,after 2 days when I went there and told them that I would complain their owner if they do not agree,they then took out out my stuffs from somewhere and gave it to me by saying sorry. This is ridiculous. One of the nicest places for cakes and they hire such employees who steal things and lie on face. Worst experience.

The worst experience here, I ordered a birthday cake on 10th March, they told me that they will deliver the cake by 10:30 am next day, but I waited 2 hours for them to receive the cake, they don't care for the customers. Spoiled my nephew's birthday party... moreover the cake was of 1800 rs, but it tastes like 200-300 rs cake..😠 Guys never order anything from Brown Cream

Very bad service. Order cake for sisters birthday but the delivery is delayed by 2hrs even though I paid 99 for delivery. Taste is good but this kind of poor service is not at all acceptable.Totally ruined the mood of the birthday party.
