Tisona's Crown Bakery

From my childhood I buy breads, round buns, cream buns here. Very fresh baked bakery food.Love the taste.

Or Dabagardens's best bakery, here you will find all kinds of cakes, biscuits, chocolate, amul's i ice cream, and many more types of dishes, you will find it pure and fresh, you will also find bread here. There is a big shortage of traffic here because all this area is of mobile and its SSCeries, because of them sometimes there is a lot of traffic here you can only parking your two wheeler vehicle that too from limit to four wheeler parking here But it is not because of them there are a lot of problems by parking far away then you have to come here to buy.

Today (22nd Jul) around 8:15-8:30 PM my wife went to crown bakery to return a bread which we took a day ago. The bread which was sold to us was totally burnt and black.When we asked them to exchange the unopened pack, they responded very rudely and denied saying that we should’ve brought it back the same day. When I came to talk to them they claimed and they deliver such products to the customers is a shame to the organisation.

We have been loyal customers to the bakery since years and people come from places to buy products there they cannot expect customers to come all the way to return the product the same day when their breads themselves don’t have any dates mentioned (manufacturing and expiry) which is totally a different story altogether.

->Firstly it’s their fault of the bakery to sell customers spoilt bread.
->Secondly they were rude and dispersed to the customer including women. No respect towards the customers let alone customer delight.
->Finally and most importantly they throw another bread towards the customer you can check in Cc tv footage ( person with checks shirt ) / which was supported by person in counter . who has come all the way to return the product he is not satisfied with.

This is an utterly disappointing experience and request the management to take required action towards the staff who dealt with us (you can refer the CC camera footage of required and also check the bread which is returned to the store).
