Starburst Maruti Service Station

Service Advisor was Abinash Das who is very my irresponsible person, he had added "Engine Was by Chemical" costing Rs. 600/- in the Job sheet. I got the delivery at car at Evening. Next morning I found that no cleaning was done, I called Avinash to report that and answer was shocking, he simply told that he has forget to instruct the technicians to do that. How irresponsible is he. So I don't recommend this place at all.

Ok for service
Calm place. Good employees. Not crowded if you come early. Crowded during peak hours.

The atmosphere at waiting room and Reception was great! Not much crowded on Working days!
But Waiting period was almost terrible! Not very professional at work while handling several vehicles!
Anyways decent experience!

If any item by mistake you left on the car and give your car for servicing at Starburst service centre then you definitely lose that item.

Decent service.
But once they have your number they will spam you for life. They will keep calling you for service even after you have told them that you have left the city.

Prompt service. SAs follow up timely throughout the service.

The staffs are very good. They always eager to solve any problem regarding your car. Spacious place.

Nice service. Value for money. Timely delivery. Prompt action on insurance claim. Transparency in Job card.
