Dont service your bike from this service center also the road to get to this service is way to bad
Now after an appointment, I reached well in time at 1030AM. And was left waiting till 1230pm before I was given an estimate and attended to by my service coordinator. I will be considerate enough to refrain from taking his name here but this is extremely unprofessional to leave your customer waiting at the table while you are busy attending calls and looking in the computer without having the basic etiquette to reply to my questions. Extremely unprofessional and bad behaviour. The service coordinator should know that when you are talking to a person, you take your eyes off the screen and then have a talk. They don’t know how to value time, and all this inspite of an appointment.
They took an entire damn day to change just the brake fluid. And the service coordinator I was assigned was not even checking on the service and updating me about the estimated time remaining.
EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.
The least I can expect is I am given an answer when I am asking the question. Such shoddy lethargic service and extreme disregard for punctuality is really not expected from any car brand, leave alone a luxury marquee like BMW.
If the process will take long it should be the basic courtesy of the coordinator to inform the customer about the expected time of completion and update the status. It’s me who had to repeatedly ask after 3 hours or so every time and even the answers were so half hearted and sometimes no response at all because the coordinator was not following up the service at all.
I also have a Hyundai which costs 5 times less than my BMW but their service frankly is 10 times better and and faster.
Not to mention the approach road to the service station is basically in shambles and an off-road track. Be careful with your low slung sedan here. Read the address, it’s basically near a waste disposal site. Good luck getting any Uber pickups from there.
