Very poor customer service and very high service charges, their claim department is worst..

It was good to visit there.

Worst service centre ever. I m thinking just i was cheated after giving 15000Rs .My all problems remain as it is. After complaint on mobile they just taken it very casually, when i visited 2nd time for same complaint,again they hold me for 2 days and after all efforts told me they are not able to rectify problem and asked me 1000 Rs for this....
Really very very bad service experience totally unprofessional workers.
PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTRE FOR ANY WORK

Most worst place for vichel service.. totally unskilled & unprofessional staff ...tata must focus on its service related issues specially shree dev wheels service station..they are sinking name of tata motors....i strongly recommend NEVER USE Shree Dev Wheels tata service ....they are fraud...

This service centre has a nice and quite helpful staff. Though they lack availability of certain car's part and accessories, yet the staff offers to get it arranged just in case required. Keep up the good work, will visit again!

Service is very nice

Total unprofessional service. All they do is lie and find excuses. Still waiting for repair of my car even after 23 days!
