I gave my car for servicing to gomechanic team and they did a great job , workshop was well equipped and staff was great too all over my first experience was great.

Hassle free service , free pickup and drop facility all time updates given by gonechanic team during car service and pics and videos were shared which was great gesture by gonechanic and I can say they did remarkable job in my car and can recommend to everyone.

This service station is openly looting customers. All other service stations charge Rs. 600-700 for servicing a car and it includes injectors plus throttle body cleaning also. But Excellent Automobiles charges Rs. 1200 for servicing and Rs. 1100 separately for cleaning injectors and throttle body. Bad quality coolant was filled in my car at above MRP. They use open container engine oil and charge more than normal market price for it. You approach them for normal servicing but they will tell you a long list of parts to be changed. I saw many of their customers unsatisfied and arguing for exorbitantly high billing. If you refuse to pay the exorbitantly high bills, they will threaten you of consequences. Most of the parts or oil, coolant etc used by them is of low grade or unbranded but charge almost double the rate than branded products. Even after fixing an amount for bill before servicing, they will raise the bill at the time of payment.
