Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Shree Dev Wheels, Civil Lines

Facility with not at all professional staff .. if you have any other option then my suggestion is to try other option but not this tata service centre . And if you still want to visit this place then be ready to witness .
1. Most of the spares are not available.
2. Most of the mechanics are clueless of their job / task .
3. Supervisors try to put their words in your mouth .
4. Mech only know to change engine oil and transmission oil .not at all aware on software aspect .
5 polish inside the car wich is thick liquid and in such a quantity that there are huge chances that your electric circuit might fail which happened with my car . Totally unprofessional...
5 They might call you and say without notice they are on half day holiday and argumentative and diplomatic .

I took my Nexon Kaziranga to this service centre and they didn't know a single thing about my car. I asked them to fix TPMS. They didn't know about it. Their alignment machine is not working from last 3 weeks. Pathetic service. Do not go their

200 mtr under from main road... But Nice place.... Have some parking area... And nice behaviour

Some staff is good and some are really bad, and service manager and other service staff don't tell the exact problem in the car , they want to change all your part of car....

Unqualified, under staffed service center with pathetic service quality and no supervision of your vehicle. Go Lucknow or Faizabad for Service but Shree Dev Wheels. They don't even have a sitting/waiting area or drinking water for people waiting for their cars while service.

I am not satisfied your service
