Stallion Honda

Arrived at Stallion Honda Service Center at Chinhat at 9:15 AM as advised by Service Personnel to gen my 5th Gen Honda City serviced and getting accessories installed, staff arrived at 9:30 AM onwards, pathetic pungent smelling customer lounge, no on attended me, I approached Reception at 10:15 AM who assigned a Service Agent to me. I requested to install Front Parking Sensors, Staff did not had enough expertise and tools, staff referred to YouTube videos and associated manuals to fit Front Parking sensors, meanwhile they disturbed the remaining electronics systems onboard. Till 7:40 PM the issue is not resolved, Service Manager Nand Ram Verma and GM-Service Brijendra Srivastava are not able to help and did not bother even when I escalated and requested them to take cognizance. Raised complaint with Honda Cars India 1-22600459620. Service Feedback does not have option less than 8, however they stands at 0.

Mr. B L Yadav , Mgr was very helpful during car repairing of my WRV UP32JS6922. He provided all support during the period . He also helped us in insurance claim.

Not the best service center ive been on, i saw the owner shouting at the top of his voice on some employs early morning. I dont know what happened but the guy didnt seem to be even bothered that customers are sitting . Staff may have been wrong but that was no way to treat humans.

Quality degrading day by day. Sales girl will keep calling you everyday. Seems like bank call center. Will offer you lot of service discount. But when vehicle in service center you will realize the actual. Lot of unnecessary recommendation. High cost with false discount promise. Server will be down so you don't get to see actual itemized bill bit they will keep asking for payment . Vehicle pickup is smooth but drop will not happen same day. Next time will send to other service center even though far.

Repair quality of My Honda city car is very good and behavior of Rishabh shukla Ji is excellent, very co operative, and attended quickly as I came, he is a very nice person.

Amazing services provided by Stallion Honda. Staff was very cooperative and friendly especially Kamlesh Sir in insurance department.
