Bearer Hyundai disagreed with the paid servicing/repair of my car last Sunday due to sr. technical staff were not available on Sunday. However I am not able to go to your servicing centre from Monday to Saturday due to official work from 9am to 7pm.
Please provide servicing facilities on Sunday also.

One of the worst, unplanned,incompetent service centre.
If you bring your car here, make sure that you have a spare car. Coz they will take more taen a week for any short of service.
Service engineers are slow and un trained.
And there supervisers are only good in arguing with the customers, they have 1000 reasons to delay the service.

Very time taking, Polishing and cleaning not good.

But Service person is too good with him nature.

Hyundai service charges are way too much.. some parts cost low but their labour charges are just 6 times higher than the part charge.
Just as the company is foriegn one.. one should always go to this place only if they have valid first person insurance of the vehicle.

1. Poor Consultation: during advising consultation I highlighted that clutch paddle is little bit hard. Advising suggested me to replace clutch plate, but I know that clutch problem is related with release cylinder and main cylinder.

Service manager view: when contacted with him he started manipulate me and told me that I why should you contacted advisor, you should always contact to supervisor.

2. Not even trying to repair, always advised to replace: my right side back wiew mirror is not working properly (only open and close problem rest is working) all the persom including manager advised to replace it.

When I told him that I will get it repair from outside manager told me that we don't repair it.

3. At the time of receiving (17:00 pm) I observed front bonett is out of its placement. First advisor told me that all the technician are not went to home. It's not at all possible.

When contacted with manager he told me that advisor is right we are not able to fix it.
I received my vehicle in damaged condition.
