Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Society Motors, Panki Industrial Estate

Society motors -Tata motors service centre at panki industrial area is run very nicely and by very professional and competent staff.
I must mention that they take very good care of their customers.
The work done and delivery is also to the point and without any delay.
I would like to mention that Mr. Vinayak the advisor over there who has handled one of my personal service is amazing at what he does.
Mr.Aakash, service manager here is always ready to help you out and is very prompt and professional. I had my first service here and was very satisfied with the work done.
Few more names to mention Ankit shukla ji and bajrangi ji were also of great help to me.
It is also worth mentioning that at this service centre apart from Tata motors, Morris garages (MG) cars are also dealt with when it comes to body shop dealing.
The shop is at panki industrial area, straight from thumbs-up tiraha on the main road on left.
The area is not too crowded during office hours, at the time of peak hours rush is expected.

Service are well good and I truly happy with them with good behavior and client update must go in this service center.

Place is good. Better visit early morning if you need proper waiting area. Staff is supportive. Once my vehicle is registered I start getting calls from other branches of society motors and they ask me to come there for service not in panki. That is the only stupid thing I faced. I can ignore it's business. Rest is good.

For first free service, when you don't have any problem with your vehicle then only thing you look for is cleaning of your vehicle. My car was not cleaned at all. Interior and exterior both cleaning was not upto the mark.
Car pick up drop facility was good though.

Visited on Friday service mechanic are not on work due to Namaj for 2 hours
They don't feel any thing for customer service and time values

Worst service ever. Tata no doubt is building one of the best quality vehicles in today's scenario but they are 20 years behind on their service. All the staff members try to fool you by stating all the absurd reasons available in the world and they take an annoyingly huge amount to fix even a small thing. The company also lacks the parts' quality, I don't know whether it is manufactured badly or the staff and service members alter it according to themselves. I have a grave concern about the customers now who fall victim to them.

Pesonalised approach & sensitivity towards every customer is slowly becoming its hallmark,adding to it,detailed car care by committed staff.

Taken 2 Dayes in normal service of car and driven 20 KM, while asking about that they repplied "testing me Chal Gayi"
