Lame place with fake behaviour. No one is sound in knowledge. Most unreliable. Sadly the location is pathetic. Roads this place are nightmare. We never wish to take our BMWs in such roads. Customer lounge is no lounge. Noisiest place caused headache.

A very good customer service with great staff at the centre. They take care of your problems as soon as you reach the service center. One of the staff will be assigned to you and they will take care of you through the whole process.

Good service experience so far.
As a first time owner, my X1 was treated to Special attention by Mr. Kiran who explained me the service procedure and gave me 26% discount. Added to this he also gave monsoon service offer on my car. Overall a happy customer

Very good property for rent very near to hitech city and Gachibowli

Very bad experience here they have taken whole day for coolant leakage problem and they are treating owners and driver in different ways and talking very harsh towards drivers and very bad service

Bad attitude, extremely costly (will post the quote), replacing front brakes took them more than 9 hours.

Since last 3 days trying hard to book a service for my car .....guys are so busy don't even bother 2 pick a call during ( business hours) inspite me being a regular customer . Its pathetic. Dr m b vikas
