Excellent service, they strive to provide the best service to the customer. I gave my VW vento for minor body repair and headlight change. Mr. Ramesh, explained the insurence process in very detail, then initiated the claim process and took few signatures required to process claim. He gave me all updates on the vehicle on WhatsApp timely with photos. I thanks Mr. Ramesh and his technical team for their wonderful service. I also appreciate their quick repair as promised. I have been using VW cars from 2015, and visited other 3 service Centres in Telangana, and this is the best service experience among. I also thank Mr. Rajendar for delivering vehicle in warangal at my office, after online payment of service charges.
