I did my swift car service on Maruti's patrika Road workshop on 24/11/2018. My paid service bill amount is 4863/-. Invoice no is 18004227.
But service is very poor. Cleaning was very unstesdied. Non driver seatbelt was also not working after service. One more thing when he washed my car inside bonnet one gas electric item is spoilt and itsi cost is 850/-
Seat belt cost 750/-
I'm 100% confirm that my non driver side seat belt changed with other.
If possible I am giving negative star rating.
100% fake service provider only washing done which is also not satisfied.
Please please don't go there.

Went Maruti's service workshop last sunday. Staff is very helpfull and cooperative. Was even allowed permession to watch the complete service process. They use geniune accessories as promised and mechanics are extremely qualified.
Only things which can be improved includes provision for hygenic water for consumers and a little increase in the ambiance of customer waiting lounge.
Better to let them handle your car than unqualified roadside mechanic workshops.

Good service but sometimes they fail miserably. Like recently in aug 2019, they couldn't fix my car AC untill I reached the CEO Prem Bhatia Sir and then a senior electrician came and then it got finally fixed.

Suggest all to not service at bhatia not interested in giving even single star to bhatia .
See the repaired car by bhatia and they give car after 15 to 17 days

Thorough inspection of vehicle after receipt for service and prompt checking for any sound or abnormality.

Service is pathetic, I was facing issue while starting my car and clearly told them about the issue. Instead of resolving my issue they created some other problems (Shockers, clutch) and charged 15000 rs from me. After 1 day I was again facing the same issue for which I gave my car to them for the service. Don't come here for the service, they just loot your money.

IT IS THE TOP LIMIT OF IGNORANCE. THEY FITTED AN OVERSIZED CABIN FILTER WHICH IS NOT REMAINED IN SHAPE. DUE TO THIS GAPE IS THERE AND AIR IS COMING DIRECTLY. ALSO THEY FITTED ROOM FRESHENER, AND WHEEL BALANCING WITHOUT KNOWING TO ME. THE SERVICES ARE VERY POOR.
