Mostly rushed place for our tata vehicles service and staff is good but work load is heavy for them so they have not services properly on time....

What the hell is going on Guys,
Every time you gives the execuses, Last time when I done my third service, after the service withing 1 month fuel indigator not working also facing issue with the music system.
When I visit service center you guys said this is software issue, and update the software.
After done the software update. Next 20 days the screen is stuck and show ConnectNext sign only nothing else..
If you guys unable to provide the better service. You can let us know....
There is many better options available in the market....
Everyone have limited time...

I had visited for focusing issue of my tiago fog lights, I was on a road trip had to do it. They understand my problem and urgency. Took the car solve the problem within 20 minutes. I am overwhelmed with their gestures. Thank you all.

They don't provide pick and drop facility for servicing which Hyundai provides. Staff behaviour is rude

Good and big service center. The customer care team and works manager are not aware of Tatas toll free number landing system at nearest service center. They called for service but show reluctance to accept. Correct info should be given to customers. We had to call CEO to intervene which is not required if proper SOP is followed. Reception is inside workshop and no proper direction are given to whom we approach . Overall experience is average. #capt

My experience was good but I want suggest to everyone if you have any issues in your car and you feel that, service center people not listening properly, direct contact to manager. Manager are very good and ready to listen your problem and give excellent solutions. Don't loose your patience because of some untrained people in the centre.
