While fixing it they damaged the door sensor and now the car doesn’t lock properly.
Getting the floor matting done by them was also a bad idea as they blocked the fuel tank door opener and then had to cut it open.
In essence, regular service and add on services, both are terrible.
Returns Gift for questioning about scratches on my car at the time of delivery earlier(23rd Aug)....
I don't why in the world these people painted on my HSRP NUMBER PLATE ?
1. To make me revisit again to service as per their grudge on me...? (Totally Unprofessional)
2. Or any damage/mistake happened to cover up ? (Inexperienced staff)
But to be frank I don't feel going there again in any of the cases above...

Hate it really because of rude behaviour of service advisors on questioning for my vehicle scratches at multiple places at the time of delivery that too??

For questioning these deep scratches I got additional threatening that (further paid service they will make sure I will end up paying additional cost for unwanted expenses like that...) This conversation was actually in Kannada Mr. Shashidhara Naik was telling to Mr. Jayachandra Reddy believing I don't understand Kannada...
Worst behaviour not professional at all...
Multiple observations are there but not to mention here, anyways this complaint I will take to Tata motors and KHT Management as well...
Advisor: Excellent (Abhilash).
Wait Time: 2.5 Days.
Wait Time to Leave Car: 1.5 hours.
Wait Time to Take Car: 45 mins.
Especially this service center caters to multiple car companies, with a daily inflow of 100 to 120 cars, the service staff are extremely overloaded.
The advisors try to maintain cool with customers. That's one experience with Abhilash.
Suggestion to Management: it's high time to Create one more service line, in near by area, And increase the staff, pay them well as you charge reasonably well. Provide service that other service centers in Mysore provide.
There are lots of bad experience, here is the story
17th Sept KHT Domlur Showroom, I booked a Nexon XM Diesel After seeing the 4.2 rating on google reviews. "Before making any decisions please read negative reviews". At the time of booking, they commit they will deliver the car max to max 8 weeks. After two months I started following up for delivery. They have a standard answer, sir, your car has not been allotted yet. One day I got frustrated and called them to cancel the booking. The next day I got a call that your car came to the yard. We are going to start the further process. Finally, on November 25th I got the car.
Issue List
* Getting a service appointment is harder than an AIIMs appointment.
* You have to wait there for almost 1 to 2 hrs to submit your car, again to receive the car you have to spend 2 hrs.
* They will force you to sign the gate pass on the back date (Please don’t sign the gate pass on the back date).
* They open my center console they put lots of scratches after asking they are denying they hadn’t opened it. attaching the image.
After talking to the GM of the service centre he checked the car and said it’s a small scratch, this is not a big issue. I agree it’s a small issue but the question is, why do you open the centre console?
