Mahindra First Choice - Gonikoppal

Had issue with the breakpad of my vento and had to rush to this place while coming from Bangalore. Ali and team did a great job and serviced and delivered the car in no time.

Would recommend this place for service.

One Garage for all car services. The staff here are very professional and very polite. Their hospitality was very good. They made me feel very comfortable till the service of the car finished.
The price is also very reasonable.

Very good services. Decent job done in restoring my 1999 Mahindra 500 MDI. They guys are always courteous and answer all your queries with patience. Thanks a lot for the service.

The garage is good, the staffs are friendly, and have reasonable billing. The only add-on they need is a waiting room, if, in case the customer wants to wait until the service is done there is no place for the customer in the garage to wait.

I own ford aspire diesel 2016 model... Nd faced issue in clutch during my travel from Bangalore to kasargod.... I felt I can manage it back to Bangalore and give for service in ford showroom Bangalore...but vehicle brokedown just 2.4kms from ford service centre in gonikoppal ... Called ford gonikoppal showroom multiple times with my family on risk but no one responded.... And tow service PPL demanded huge amount just for 3kms drop... Mahindra first choice gonikoppal came into picture and they helped us out with pure professionalism... Even being outsiders they treated us as any local customer for them and their service and professionalism is top notch.... I'm happy I followed my instinct to avoid ford service and go with Mahindra first choice gonikoppal.... Kudos for the good job and reasonable pricing.... Appreciate it... Have reached back home with clutch as smooth as new car. ....

Very bad service.. I was given 999/- offer for car wash, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and engine checks.. but they washed my car did wheel balancing and sent me.. They didn't do any checks.. And just for the above two service I had to wait for 5 hours without having lunch..
