Maruti Suzuki Service (Saketh Automobiles)

The service manager is a genius. He fixed my carbureted car with a CB ignition in 10 minutes and decided that the work was interesting enough that we wouldn't be charged. After that the car ran 650 kms continuously without any problem.

Service Agents loot you so easily. They will add unwanted parts to add the bill. The Sanitization of car is worst, and they charge 175rs for it.
Please go to some other branch of Maruti Suzuki service center.

On the way driving from Bangalore to Dharwad recently , I had a minor mishap near Chitradurga. It resulted in wheel alignment and bent.
Somehow could search and found over the net the nearest maruti service center. Talked to one Mr Sripad Bhat, he proactively took the initiative to get my car to the Saketh service station and repaired it perfectly.
Such a great help at the right time!

Very grateful for the timely help we received from the service center when our vehicle broke down in the middle of the night on the highway. Mr. Sripad Bhat and his team was prompt in sending a towing vehicle and getting the car repaired. Thank you.

Overall service is good.
