I made a painting by myself. When got framed by the shop, 2 inches from each side was hided, which ultimately hid my name. What is a painting without its painter name, shop should have take care of this small thing. This is the second time I got dissatisfied. In the previous painting I had given, the frame was not aligned to the outer lines of the painting. Rest the frame quality and all is great.
